Candle packaging supplies can be very simple.

Now that you have decided to make candles as a gift to give to that special someone or even a home-based business, you will need to package the candles. Wholesale candle supply stores and wholesale online sites will sell some candle packaging supplies. The best discount for the various styles of bags and plastics for packaging your candles would be found in your nearest dollar store. Candlemaking supplies and packaging can also be found in candlemaking kits.

Packaging supplies can be just a simple zipper closer on a plastic bag with a small label to cellophane wrap with seasonal pictures and some ribbon to tie it. Always remember to apply a label to let your customer know what they are purchasing and some safety tips for burning the candle. Each style of wax will have specific safety tips and a different style of container to burn the candles in.

Candlemaking kits will come complete with instructions and candle making supplies to make 2-3 candles. Usually one style of wax will be in one kit and supplies will vary by style of wax. Gel candles will come with containers and paraffin, soy or bees waxes will come with molds or containers. Not all kits will come with packaging options, so you may need to purchase these items later after making your candles. Wholesale candle packaging supplies can be fun making your own unique design for your home-based business.
